This quality manual is supported by detailed procedures, work instructions and other relevant documentation to form a working set of documents.

Compliance with the quality policy is mandatory for all personnel employed by JBS and encouragement is given for each employee to develop and maintain and attitude of continued quality improvement within their area or activity.

Our commitment to the responsible management of the environment and elimination of waste is supported by the philosophy that our business activities where practicable should have the least possible effect on the environment and where possible should leave it better than when we found it.

Encouraging all persons to challenge unsafe behaviours and acknowledge safe behaviour to promote a safe working culture
Encouraging all persons to report incidents (injuries, near misses, unsafe acts or conditions) and assist in incident investigation with the objective of jointly developing measures to prevent recurrence
